Neolise CJC-1295: Exploring Its Role in Healthy Aging

What is Neolise CJC-1295?

Neolise CJC-1295 is a peptide-based therapy and is associated with NEOLISE Longevity and describes a compounded combination of CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin. CJC-1295 is a synthetic peptide that mimics the growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) naturally produced in your body that stimulates the pituitary gland to release growth hormone. Ipamorelin is itself a synthetic peptide, acting on growth hormone secretagogue receptors.

These compounds are designed to alter growth hormone signalling via complementary pathways. Depending on the formulation, CJC-1295 can extend growth hormone signalling. Ipamorelin promotes the release of growth hormone via a different receptor pathway. But combining two peptides doesn’t necessarily make them more effective or safer than either compound alone and there is still little solid clinical evidence for long-term use of this specific combination.
